St Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals, and so on Saturday 5th October (the Saturday nearest his Memorial on 4th October) we will have a blessing of animals.
All animals, big and small, are welcome!

May St Francis of Assisi bless all animals, especially those which are sick, lonely, abandoned or suffering because of humans’ inhumanity and lack of respect for our fellow creatures, and those who care for animals in veterinary practices and rescue centres, especially those who care for their fellow creatures here in north eastern Lincolnshire.
